Discover Sailing

 

Come along to Colac Yacht Club on 7th October at 10.00-2.00 and discover all we can offer to our community and introduce you all to our club and our amazing sport Sailing and our playground Lake Colac.

Discover Sailing is open to all kids, teenagers, adults and all those young at heart, this is a great opportunity to try out the wonderful recreational sport called Sailing and all our club has to offer.

Dinghy sailing experience with our experienced skippers.

Crewing experience on a larger Yacht

Information on our Learn to Sail programme.

Information on how you can join our club as a social member, volunteer or join our crews as a crewing member for our competions

What do you need to bring.

Clothes you don't mind getting wet(swimwear, activewear, old clothes, boardshorts, wetsuit) If it is cool a warm jacket

Water safe shoes, such as an old pair of runners

Towel & Dry set of clothes to change into after the event
